A conversation with Rick Green, a former member of the Texas Legislature, running for Place 5 on the Supreme Court of Texas in a contested race with incumbent, Paul Green. Rick is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School, and practiced contract law with an emphasis on helping entrepreneurs start their own businesses. Rick was elected to the Texas Legislature at the age of 27, serving from 1999 to 2003 on the Criminal Jurisprudence Committee. Rick Green wants to be a Constitutional Watchdog on the court that is dedicated to restoring the separation of powers and the proper jurisdiction of the judiciary.
