This poll ran on Twitter over a period of 24 hours.
Only 34 votes were tallied, but the results were illuminating nonetheless.
11% of voters indicated that they will not vote in this year’s election.
Keep in mind that I’ve got numerous Twitter followers from both sides of the division within the Republican party, as well as the Left side of the political equation.
While early data seems to show that increased voter turnout is predominant across states and jurisdictions, it’s clear that there is a negativity associated with this election. Questions that everyone needs to answer include; What can we do to prevent a repeat of this in the future? What can / should we do to provide Americans on both sides of the political divide better options and candidates?
